| Following the 2023 Newcastle Basketball Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, May 10, the newly formed Board of Directors have commenced planning and are pleased to share their current priorities:
1. progressing the new facility
2. delivering a new constitution, and
3. re-engaging the volunteer base across the association.
We want to be very open and transparent with members, where and when we can, and we want to hear from you! We have scheduled a series of opportunities for members to come along and meet the Directors so we can hear from you what matters in improving your experience with Newcastle Basketball.
“Directors Meet and Greet” sessions will be held in the Bar (end of Main Court) on:
Thursday 25 May 6-7pm
Tuesday 30 May 6-7pm
Feel free to pop in and say hello and share your ideas with the Directors.
As we reach the end of national volunteer week we acknowledge the volunteers that are the lifeblood of our great game. Thank you to all the members and supporters who dedicate their time to running our clubs and competitions, coaching, managing, refereeing, scoring, fundraising, and supporting the game on and off the court.
